On the left is the authentic official Opening Day Game ball produced by Rawlings specifically for the ceremonial first pitch on April 11, 2005 vs. the New York Yankees. The ball recognizes the Boston Red Sox as 2004 World Champions and is branded with the Champions Logo, the commissioner's signature and the "Official Major League Baseball" stamp.
On the right is the authentic official World Series Game ball that was used between the Boston Red Sox and the Saint Louis Cardinals and is branded with the 2004 World Series Logo, the commissioner's signature and the "Official Ball 2004 World Series" stamp.
The special case is heavy acrylic and bears the Boston Red Sox Logo and the 2004 World Series Logo.
