Starting Pichers: David Wells, Greg Maddux. Home Runs: Alex Rodriguez, Roberto Alomar, Barry Bonds. MVP: Roberto Alomar.

This is the 20th of the special edition All-Star Game baseballs created by Rawlings and the seventh All-Star baseball with two color stitching.

The ball has purple/green stitches of the host team, Colorado Rockies.
