The football has 3 white panels and the Wilson Leather Logo panel as shown above. 2 of the white panels will contain the licensed and approved graphics as shown above.
  • Each football is embossed with the official Orange Bowl Logo, score, date and location of the game....all complimenting the logo of the Orange Bowl Champion U of L Cardinals. The football will also contain the season schedule and scores of each of the season games. In addition, the "Limited Edition of 1,000" will be embossed on the front of the football and will be accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

Despite a rash of mistakes, there was no stopping the Cardinals from their first major-bowl victory in 15 years as No. 5 Louisville finished 12-1 to ensure the highest final ranking in school history. Brohm threw for 311 yards -- the third-highest total in Orange Bowl history -- and was at his best in the fourth quarter.
